Top Restaurants in Orlando

When visiting Orlando, you probably think of amusement parks and other tourist traps that are just going to suck your money dry. While there is truth to this, there is far more to Orlando than just mouse ears and roller coasters. If you want a delicious meal, whether you are with your family or on business, there are several different options available to you and is something you need to take into consideration when visiting the city. This way, you are able to know exactly where some of the best food is and how you can go about enjoying it.

Lee and Rick's Oysters Kirkman Road

If you just want some fresh shucked oysters, this is the spot for you. Ranked as the 10th best restaurant in Orlando by Zagats, this restaurant is something a bit different and, unless you live along the coastline somewhere, you probably are not going to have fresh oysters this good back home. Plus, the dive appearance of the restaurant is part of the charm that you need to take in.

Texas de Brazil International Drive

If there is one thing that both Texas and Brazil share, it is the love for meet. Here, you are going to find a high end meat selection that you just are never going to grow tired of. It allows you to enjoy a meal for two for around $60 to $70 (without cocktails), but it is going to be one of the best pure meat selections in all of Orlando. Best of all, you are never going to leave this restaurant hungry, so make sure to bring your appetite.

Jiko Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge

While Disney might have a monopoly on most of the attractions throughout Orlando, many might make the incorrect assumption that there are no decent restaurants around the Disney attractions. This simply is not the case though, as Jiko provides an African inspired restaurant that is right inside Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. The restaurant is so good it is ranked the 8th best in the city by Zagats. Plus, for less than $60, you can enjoy a meal for two.

Norman's Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes

Located inside the Ritz-Carlton, you don't have to stay at the hotel to enjoy the incredible cuisine that is available here. The New World cuisine is going to whisk you away from all of the other, tourist based eateries, and while you are going to spend around $100 for a dinner for two, this high end restaurant helps you step away from all the kids running around and ensures you can enjoy your meal in peace.

Nagoya Sushi Marketplace

If you are craving delicious Japanese food, this restaurant option is one of the best you have in all of Orlando. Of course, Zagat has this restaurant continually ranked in its top three offering throughout the city, and while it has a bit of a whole in the wall appearance, the food is outstanding and you can eat for two for less than $40.
